If in deed this was true.. they should be hung out to dry.. if it was a hoax same applies as far as I am concerned..
And yes. that is conduct unbecoming a military person...that video was plan disturbing to me... what stupidy.. makes ya wonder what their upbringing was... so scare that puppy so.. and his cry broke my heart.... anne
