Do a search, this came up awhile back when it first happened. I thought it turned out to be a hoax, as in the puppy was never really thrown. However, I believe the Marine was discharged from the military anyways. His family lives locally to the area I'm in and I believe the newpapers have reported his family has been harassed because of his actions.
Even in jest it was inappropriate on the Marines part. (in my opinion) |
