I owned my own business for 8 years (i did nails). And, I could NEVER understand why people would think they don't need to tip because, you owned the business. If you think about it the owner has EVERYTHING to pay.....from rent to supplies.
One daughter does my hair and the other does my nails. They both rent space in the same salon....I don't tip them (or, have to pay for services...because i'm the MOM) but they do get tipped very well. Just thought I would throw this in...could never understand this.
