I use to think the same thing when Meeko was younger. It just taked a while for them to calm down. Meeko is 11 months now and I can't get him away from me. He has to be touchin me at all times. After he's nuetered and not worrying about chasing females you'll start to see him getting better. Don't worry, it'll happen.
