So thats that i found a different food AVODERM and its for sensitve stomachs and he said i couldnt use it, i want to believe him that there is a reason why peanut has to have the id food but then again the doc sells the id food at his work so i dont know, my boyfriend LOVES the doc and says that he knows whats best for peanut and we have to do what he says. so for now he is on id food but i think when he is done i am going to go back and try to switch him back to something better! he loved blue buffalo but he didnt like the little black balls i would have to pick them out! i want to try avoderm its for sensitve stomachs and i searched and searched for a good food thats for sensitive stomachs at petsmart and thats the one that i found.... |
Hey there -
Just my 2 cents here. Doesn't matter how much you love the vet. The vet doesn't LOVE YOU or YOUR BABIES. Not saying all vets are there for money, but think about this - if your dogs get sicker, they get more money. If your vet is saying Hill's is good food, dump him. Hill's is BAD food. That's all I'm going to say. There are so many good wet food out there, much better than Hill's. And I used to feed my dogs Hill's Science Diet, so enough said.
Avoderm is not much better than Hill's. Its main ingredient is WHEAT. Main ingredients for dog food should be MEAT.
Please, please change vets before something else happens to your baby. In any case, a second opinion is always good.
