I would definately consider buying a dog booster...There are so many on the market.....he's obviously stressed and anxious in the car. My daizy gets anxious and nervous too.. So if he's strapped in on a high booster where he can see out...maybe you can put a couple of toys near him. Hopefully it will help him to calm down during car ride
