This just happened to my 12 yr old Yorkie back in June. He had his bordatella and then showed the signs of kennel cough. The vet told me it would run its course and not to worry...haha...this is my 12 yr old baby we're talking about...of course I'm going to worry. Well I let it 'run its course' like the vet said and after another week it still wasn't any better. Rechecked him and said that it had turned in to pneumonia....just what I was afraid of! Trust yourself and get another opinion if unsure of the first! |
