It's so hard to tell anything from the pics. Do you have someone around you who can put him on the table and check him out? What is his gait like? Does he carry a level topline while on the move? If you really like what you see and he has good attitude I would go ahead and put him in class. You'll probably have a great time and even if he doesn't turn out you'll have the education behind you to choose a show potential next time.
