So glad that you're looking into homecooking!! We homecook for our furbabies, and it has been wonderful for them. Remember that you if you homecook exclusively it's definitely necessary to add supplements, particularly calcium. We cook a huge batch once a month and then freeze in freezer bags in 2-3 day portions. You may look into getting a recipe from a canine nutritionist so that you can make sure it's balanced or you can try to find a good book to help you get started.
