The FMV..fair market value is the price that buyers and sellers agree on, regardless of whether you paid $275 for your Yorkie like I did for my first (a 5 yr old retired showdog) or $1200 like the puppy I am going to get...price is relative to the buyer, if the buyer is willing to pay the price for what she wants then it's not for anyone else to judge!! Bottom line as a Yorkie owner, I believe you all will agree that regardless of the price you paid for your Yorkie, that Yorkie is now PRICELESS TO YOU and one of the best decisions you made... I haven't heard any of you trying to sell the Yorkie you bought or expressing buyer's remorse!!
