Okay first take a deep breath! This happend to Miss Peyton when she had her puppies.... what has happend is the puppies have not gone to that teet as much as they have the others and it is filled with milk. What you need to do is the following:
I did this and it worked:
Get some cabbage take one leaf of the cabbage roll it out with a rolling pin (until you see the veins clear) place the cabbage with a warm cloth on top the cabbage on her swollen teet. Do this for 15 min. a day 3 times a day. With in 3 days my baby was all better.
ALSO ... dont for get to try and express some of the milk.

it sounds like mastits ...however my baby never had the milk come through anywhere but the nipple.....but give it a try while she is on her antibiotics. Good Luck
