HAHAHA...that's funny. One thing you can try to transition your baby to go potty outside is put his pad outside, at the location you want him to go potty at. If he will go there, great. If it's not working and he is not getting it. Maybe place the pad outside, but close to the house, and you can slowly move it further away from the house as he gets used to going potty outside.
