$3.63??? I paid $3.86 in South Alabama yesterday! What's up with that?? Not Fair
But I guess we can thank the hurricanes for our gas prices...they were down to about $ 3.50 then Gustav hit and they skyrocketed to $4.10 and they are finally coming down some.
