Thanks ya'll! I was in the interview for about an hour and I think it went REALLY well. Both the Deputy Director and one of my program directors sought me out after lunch to tell me what a great job I did. At the end of the interview, the DD said "We have to interview a couple of people to make it seem fair." Which to me was like "The job is YOURS!" LOL! Hopefully I'll hear something in the next week.
My insider (the assistant who schedules the interviews) said that they had 3 applicants other than me and 2 declined the interview and the other lady started here after me and doesn't know the programs as well as I do.
