 Wish Me Luck!
In about 30 minutes (11:00AM Central Time), I will be interviewing for a HUGE promotion from a Counselor I pin to a Supervisor III pin with my agency! My supervisors encouraged me to apply for it since I was already sorta doing that job in addition to my current job. They have all but said the job is mine but because I work for the state they have to interview all qualified applicants so as not to show favoritism. I get SOOO nervous before things like this and just can't wait for it to be over. I'm interviewing with 4 people (including the Executive Director and Deputy Executive Director of the whole agency along with 2 directors from my division). Anyway, if you have a moment please say a prayer that this comes through for me.
