Hey ladies...I'm new to this board and new to Yorkies. Read all I can, talked with friends who have them, gotten all info I can but need more. Can you guys tell me about cold weather. I live in Tennessee and Fall has just arrived. It's chilly in the am and warm during the day, then back to chilly at pm. Someone told me that the Yorkies don't have an undercoat and they are more like us so they need a coat to go outside. Do you ladies keep your babies in the house on really cold days to potty or not? If I need a coat, what kind is best?
Sorry to sound so needy but I want to do the right thing and not risk my girl getting sick. Any info, comments or ideas would BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!!!
