Cry Told to put down my dog

Davey has been sick ever since I got him. I had his 2nd BAT done last week, the fasting was over 100 and the post was 595, he also had a fasting blood sugar of 446.
He has been seen by a total of 6 different vets in his short life.
Last week I was told with a blood sugar problem and a liver shunt problem then He is not a good candidate for surgery to possible correct an external liver shunt. I am treating him with lactulose and neomycin, he is on a special diet science k/d.
WE are showing him we love him. I have to keep him from the rest of my dogs because they have started picking on him, he as gotten weak and thin.
He will eat their food, his ammonia level was over 460 when a normal level is 0-90.
Please pray he doesn't suffer, I don't want him to be in any pain.
