Lucy had been doing so well, but about 10:00 PM tonight she took a sudden turn for the worse. She was breathing so hard. I rushed her in to emergency. Her temperature was very low, her heart rate was over 225, she was struggling to breathe. She was given an injection and it didn't improve her condition. She was suffering terribly and there was nothing else they could do for her. I did the only thing I could do and ended her suffering. My precious baby is gone. My son-in-law came down and buried her in the backyard. My granddaughter doesn't know yet. She'll be devestated. |
