LOL! It didn't show up in the first X-ray cause they were afraid to have me stand until they knew all the rods and cages hadn't shifted. kept complaining about the pain so they did a follow-up with me standing 3 weeks later and lo and behold!

Yes, I have a brace - my lovely turtle shell that I had to wear with the fusions. I love to hate that brace! I have to wear it over my clothes because it won't fit under them. Only two more weeks of bracing - yeah!
