I realize not all dairy farms are the same - but I drive by one almost everyday and the cows DO laze around eating grass, etc in the pasture all day, every day. Now, this is an independent dairy farmer and I completely understand that not all dairy farms operate this way - but you can't generalize that all dairy cows have a horrible life.
That said, the local radio station had a hey day today with the potential for breast milk in Ben & Jerry's. As you know, B&J is famous for funny named ice cream flavors - so the radio station had a contest for "creative" names for ice cream containing breast milk. I only heard the program for a few mins, so I didn't hear very many. Here are a few I remember, (the callers had to describe the ice cream and then give the name).
Vanilla ice cream with graham cracker crumbles called: Mamagram
Bubble gum flavored ice cream called: Boobalicious
A layer of chocolate
A layer of vanilla
Topped with tin roof sundae
Called: Triple Stacked
Anyway, you get the picture. The hosts and callers were having great fun!
