[Yorksmama]

I spoke with someone today that has two yorkies. One is black and brown and the other one is more light brown and grey. She told me that the light brown and grey one is considered a Silky because of the coloring??!! I have 3 Pure Bred Yorkshire Terriers and one of them is Mostly Light Brown. I thought that a Silky was a separate breed, just closely related to the Yorkshire Terrier? I really do not believe that my Lily is a Silky because of her lighter coloring?? If anyone can help me understand this please do!
