We are from Alaska and moved to upstate NY so I know all about cold weather
Simon and Hallie have coats, sweaters, boots and scarves. They refuse to wear the boots so walks in the winter are limited since they salt everything here. I usually put their coats on to take them into the car and they both go on potty pads. Also, lots of blankets
Utah is beautiful and I used to go there every November to Park City to go skiing for my bday. I love it! Good Luck with your move!
