That is a shame! Maybe you can talk to the manager?! Maybe something happened and you didn't know about it!? I used to live in a house with 3 newfoundlands, a pit mix, and a border collie mix, we took them on a walk, and the police were called on us, because we didnt have them on a leash, and yet they were walking behind us in a single file line! some people are just stupid and HAVE to follow the rules....
