If she is getting bad gas, there is something in the canned that is really irritating her system and I'd find another canned, unfortunately. Eating fast wouldn't really cause smelly gas. Maybe try a canned that's a little easier to digest like Wellness Whitefish and potato and see how that goes? As for the kibble - technically, they don't have to graze during the day. But, if you want her to - you might have to try a different kibble if she is really bored with her current one, little stinker. Or, are you firm with sticking with By Nature?
