Vomiting would be the worst thing to do if it is A Hypo eposoide. Definately give him Nurtical or Karyo Syurp , rub it on his gums. That is only A tepm. fix though, so take him to the vet , for sure.
To advoid this in the future have Kibble down for him all the time with fresh water. Let him free feed.
