I hope this works - I pasted a link from a Yahoo news article. It's a crazy article about a town in Northern Italy creating a DNA database on the registered dogs in town - with the data they can test poop left on the sidewalk and fine the owners!! I love that idea - it's crazy how many times I have to drag Maggie away from the poop left on sidewalks and in the park!!!
