Wow, seems like only yesterday ( almost 
)
I just wrote a poem for our daughter for her Birthday which is tomorrow the 24th. and wanted to share it with others here. I am so thankful that God performed the healing miracle at that time to let me be here to live our lives together and share all that she has become, so very proud of her. Her spirit is filled with the love for the Lord daily, what a Blessing she has been to us in our life time. So very Blessed we are. For Our Daughter’s Birthday
The years have gone by so fast and seem too few,
Fourty Seven years ago God Blessed our lives with you.
So precious you were on the Sunday you were born,
Named after your Daddy, and for that blessed morn.
Hardest of all was not being able to hold you,
A crisis came upon me, God had so much to do.
They told everyone, I might not make it after your birth,
I prayed not to leave you pleading with God to let me remain here on earth.
Nothing seemed to change and things only got worse,
The crisis was that which seemed like a curse.
Oh Dear God, please don't take me now I cried out loud,
Don’t take me now, I've just had our baby shouting loudly, like lost in a crowd.
Then all of a sudden I said with no fear,
God I am yours and one that you hold Dear.
You gave me life, I truely belong to you,
If it is your will, then do what you must do.
At that very moment surrendering my all,
God spoke to me gently and came at my beacon call.
My child I love you, and want you to stay,
Loving your husband and needed by your family each and every day.
I cherish my memories of you Jackie through the years,
Happy times and those times of together shedding tears.
A grateful heart I am to God above, sparing my life, giving me the chance,
Being the wife and Mother to you and my family made my heart dance.
Thank you God for all that you are,
Your forever daily with us and never afar.
Happy Birthday Jackie and so many more,
Many Blessings in life God has for you in store.
Wherever you travel or whatever you do,
I’ll forever be proud of you.
God's plan is perfect for us one and all,
Only a Prayer away from His beacon call.
I'll always be with you and within your heart,
Even then in Heaven, we'll never be apart.
God's promise for us all, one day in Heaven we'll be,
His gift of Eternal life to us, we one day will see.
