Please call an emergency vet tonight. Your puppies could be in distress and the discharge might be a warning sign. Puppies can aspirate that meconuim and get pneumonia or, the placenta can separate early and the baby will lose blood and not be able to breathe inside the uterus.
I do not intend to scare, but that is the kind of thing I handle when I am mentoring a novice or an unsure whelping midwife.
