Hmmm, that doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me as spirochetes are a type of bacteria and to me they often indicate more serious things. So, I'm not sure what exactly this means. Clearly, your vet doesn't think this is very serious since the treatment is only Metro for 6 days - so, I guess that's good. Sometimes, spiros are related to lyme or lepto - but this does not sound like what your baby has. So, I guess there is something else entirely going on here, but I'm not clear on what that is. I wish I knew more.
