I waited and waited and waited for Otis to break silver. Nope, never did! He's black as nite! I think you usually start to see silver at the roots on the head, but I'm not sure how old they are when it happens. Maybe around 5-6 months? By the way, I saw his parents and his mom was silver, his dad was black. Good luck!!
