Default LOVE Yoga

I've been taking yoga for 2 years now. I could probably do it every day but when would I get cardio? Cardio makes my head sweat and I don't like that but I do sweat in yoga too, just not as much.
The 90 minute long classes give you time to focus on your body, time to develop and hold poses to build strength and time to breathe, and then time to meditate.
Take your time getting used to the class and you will be surprised by the strength and flexibility you develop.
