Hi, I am new to YT, but I want to know if I am the only one who is worried about getting my dog spayed. She is going on 9 months old and weighs 3.5 lbs. I am worried about the anesthesia. Someone told me there was a blood test you could have done to make sure they can handle the anesthesia. Has anyone else had this test done? I do not want to put her at risk, but I want to do what is best for her at the same time. My vet recommended that maybe we wait until she is 1 year old due to her size. Any help would be appreciated!! Thanks!
