LOL, just got your PM too and PMd you back. That's Diflucan - and it's an antifungal. I would use it and I would KNOCK this yeast out while you're catching it early. It is a stronger drug, but it does work. This is the drug they use in humans as well; it is indeed tougher on the liver, but as long as your baby's liver is fine, it should be okay. Sometimes they also use Oral Nystatin in humans, but I don't know that this is an option for dogs. The nice thing about Diflucan (vs. Nystatin) is that it is usually a one-time dose (for acute, that is) vs. Nystatin.
