It really shouldn't have anything to do with your Internet settings, unless you block all Flash content (blocking Flash content would block all YouTube videos). We suggest the below fix, as well as trying to use another Internet browser as well.
First, log out of YorkieTalk. Then try to clear your Internet cookies and then sign in again, as the problem appears to be related with your browser. Please make sure cookies are enabled on your Internet browser settings. When you sign in, checkbox the Remember Me button.
