Here in Va...the address on your license designates the poll location for you to caste your vote. No exceptions. You also have to show your ID and from that...they mark your name off their list of registrants.
Also we are allowed to renew our licenses on line...and you keep the photo. You're allowed to renew this way every other time your license is up for renewal.
