OMG Bikram Yoga! I took my first class of Bikram Yoga today, which is basically hot yoga if you never heard of it and omg what is intense and HOT!! It felt like it was 200 degrees, everyone was dripping sweat. I think i lost like 1000 calories LOL But i do feel better afterwards and i stretched a lot, but you have to hold hard poses and that is what is hard. I would def. reccomend if you want something intense. I did reg. yoga before but its not the same lol |
