Does she do it when she sees him like she's excited? If so, try ignoring her COMPLETELY. No eye contact, nothing until she settles down. Lily does this too
and that seems to be the only thing that works. What's more of the problem is that people just won't ignore her after we tell them to. I think she's getting better though- I'm not loving this stage at all!
