Of course, there certainly is no reason not to do it. I just hate that you paid $25 for 8 strips when you can get 100 strips for $18.
As I said, I use them because Lady is a diabetic and also to test for uti's since she is prone to them. They are also handy if your dog has a problem with bladder stones and you need to monitor his pH.
IMO, unless you are monitoring a specific health condition, you are better off saving your money and having bloodwork done once a year. That is a much better indicator of overall health.
