This would be my dream too, if I had a husband and didn't HAVE to make enough money for the mortgage and bills every month.
I've googled it and found lots of helpful information. Are you gonna live in the cottage or just use it for the business?

I think you may have to call your town and find out about the zoning if your not gonna live there. NOt sure though.
