Your baby is just being a normal energetic 4 month old puppy .... i hope you get to play him and exercise him more and he will never need these tablets, which i never heard about before , and you be glad you have a normal happy , healthy , rambunctious baby !!!!
If you had low energy you should be concerned of hypoglycemia and else....
