We tried and tried. We begged, we treated we punished....we even tried putting the litter box in a different room but Sully ALWAYS and relentlessly found a way to sneak a snack.
So, I moved Penny's litterbox up on top of the highest bookshelf in our house.... here it is in this thead I put a picture of it. Her litter box is the silver covered-box in the top left corner.

I'm not kidding, ether. This is where it's been ever since I've made this post. And if Penny jumps onto my computer desk, she can get to her litter box, no problem....and she has never NOT used her litter. So hey, if it works, go with it, right?! LOL
I'm not sure where we're going to put it after we move, so we shall see!!!! haha.....
