No they didn't suggest any therapy, but I know other people who have done swimming and walking. All they said was she could go for 10 minute walks. By a few weeks out she was running and jumping all over and there was no stopping her. Even if I crated her she would jump around her crate. Just use your best judgment. I kept her off the stairs, but she would jump up on the couch to nap. It's not like you can remove the furniture from the room, so what can you do? We tried a playpen but she just kept standing on her back legs and jumping trying to get out....
Give him a few days. Seriously it gets better dramatically from this point on. He will probably feel fine in another few days.
