APR is different then APRI. APR will register any dog or cat for $10 and it is a bit less if the animal had parents registered with APR.
APR is a PET registry and I think people should undertsand it was made for PETS like it says. I think it is fine for people who just want to have some sort of personal satisfaction of registering their beloved furbabies for their own gratification.
I think it is good for one of those FUN THINGS for the owner to do but it really is nothing like the big registries
