I'd be a little afraid to induce vomiting because I would be afraid he might choke on them, solids are more difficult to get up. Much of it has to do with the size. I would put all poop in baggies for the next few days, and do the smush test, until all can be accounted for. I would also call my vet, and get his advice. Any problems with loss of appetite, no pooping, and vomiting can mean an intestinal blockage and are very serious.
