I'd be a little afraid to induce vomiting because I would be afraid he might choke on them, solids are more difficult to get up. Someone's dog just recently swallowed an diamond stud earring, and we were all worried about the stud part causing problems, she said her vet just said to watch the poop for a few days, and wasn't concerned. Much of it has to do with the size. I would put all poop in baggies for the next few days, and do the smush test, until all can be accounted for. I would also call my vet, and get his advice. Any problems with loss of appetite, no pooping, and vomiting can mean an intestinal blockage and are very serious.
