I'd call your vet first thing in the morning. You could also call an ER vet and just see what they say. You could also force vomiting - but only if he JUST consumed these. When did this happen???

But, since they are so tiny, they will likely just pass out with his poo. I highly doubt they'd cause blockage bc of their size. Did he also consume the small, metal piece that holds the stone? Bc that can be kind of jagged - so that would be more of a concern, if indeed he did consume it.
