my baby swallowed 3 or less small cubic zirconias that were on his collar which he decided to chew on after I gave him a bath.

What should I do? should I take him to the vet a.s.a.p? or should I wait and see if he poops it out sometime soon?
I would really hate to have to go to the vet and have them charge me just to say that there is nothing they can do and that we need to wait till he poops it out...

can he get an infection from swallowing them?
he hasnt been very playful today and you can tell he's feeling a little low. He also coughs every once in a while...

what should i do? heeeelp !
