No idea....it is illegal here due to cruelty issues, plus it is just totally un-necessary.
Your breeder has had the foresight to see that the same is coming for the US...thank heavens
The tail will be beautiful once the hair grows in and flows... and waggs profusley...trust me, you won't regret for one minute having that tail !
