I don't know of any beaches in that area that is "dog friendly".... but there is a really nice "boardwalk" area in South haven that is really nice. (I would say that you could take them there....especially if you have a stroller)

I would try to call a few places in the area....... if not, you may try one of the bigger chain hotels ....... there is a Residence Inn in the Holland area that accepts dogs (with a fee).......... but it is quite a ways from Saugatuck (about 15 miles).
