So it’s official… we’re moving. From warm, breezy northern California to wet, freezing Utah. Don’t ask.

Anyway, I wanted to hear from all you cold-weather dwelling yorkie owners out there.
Any suggestions on the best way to acclimate my little one to living in a colder climate? The winters are pretty long there and I want to be sure my baby adjusts okay.
She’s trained to do her business outside – except when I’m at work, she stays in her room with a pee pee pad. Do they need to be really bundled up for the cold? Do they need boots for the snow? Any suggestions would be appreciated. We’re moving there in December believe it or not!
