Glad to see this... I am glad you posted... every time i send a "baby" home i give a lecture and tons of recommendations: Specially about keeping your eye on the vaccination schedule. A lot of vets do not keep up with the new recommendations on vaccine schedule and yes, purina research sent the results of their experiment with giving vaccines just one at a time and so much apart. They observed hundreds of dogs of different breeds and the conclusion was that specially small and toy breeds had much less adverse and allergic reactions to the shots if given at least 3 weeks apart and one at a time . there was a time, few years ago when they thought it would be money and time saving to give all the shots together and the owner would save money and time at the vets. The lepto shot is known for having caused many problems and if it must be given, it should be given after 6 months of age. If it really does not need i do not give !!!
The kennel cough shot can and in many cases will cause kennel cough on a tiny young puppy like yours... well... what is done is done.... you must now watch to make sure your baby is eating well and happy to keep immunity up and going. If signs of worsening your vet may give you some antibiotics: amoxilin, to PREVENT pneumonia, make sure you use a sweater on chilli days and nights for sure. expect it to last for a while and not freak out. If your baby is eating and drinking and happy and protected, you will be fine and she will be fine too , it just may take up to a few months for this cough to clear !!! Good luck and if i can help anyway feel free to contact, if you want to PM i can give you my number or you can give me yours and i can call you too.
Keep us updated.
XOXOX
